Barcelona Beach (5-13 years)
The centre is located in Castelldefels, around 45 minutes by bus from the centre of Barcelona, and offers no less than 5 km of sandy beaches. The site is divided into 2 parts: a residence where the students stay and a school where they attend classes. An ideal location for a safe stay.

Barcelona Centro (14-18 years)
Its privileged location in the heart of the city, in the famous Gracia district, just a short walk from famous streets such as Passeig de Gracia and Diagonale, means that students can explore the most attractive parts of Barcelona on foot and spend an unforgettable summer in the company of a large number of international students.

Spanish course
20 Spanish lessons per week
- Length of lesson: 45 minutes
- Maximum number of students per class: 15 (average 8)
- Level test: on the first day of the course
- Certificate of attendance at the end of the course
- Teachers are qualified to teach their mother tongue to foreigners
- Levels offered: beginner to advanced
Activities included: as well as language lessons, students take part in a full programme ofcultural, sporting and leisure activities. During the activities, young people are grouped by age: 5 to 10, 11 to 14 and 15 to 18.
Example of possible activities:
- Cultural, fun and sports activities every afternoon: beach games, treasure hunts, visits to the famous Parc Güell, outings to the Tibidabo theme park or the Poble Espanyol site, etc.
- 1 day excursion every 2 weeks: Tarragona, Roman city, Sitges, etc.
- Evenings: disco, fancy dress party, pyjama night, barbecue on the beach, etc.
Below is an example of a day’s timetable (given as an example and subject to change):
Options at extra cost (a choice of one option per 2-week stay)
- Football: 16 sessions (Barcelona Beach only)
- Tennis: 12 sessions
- Water sports: 8 sessions – This option combines 2 hours Optimist sailing, 2 hours windsurfing and 2 hours canoeing (2 x 2 sessions per week, on Tuesdays and Thursdays)

- Location: right in the city centre and a short walk from the beach

Authorisation to leave the school (from age 15)
Young people aged15 and over with parental authorisation are allowed to go out in the evening until 10.30pm unaccompanied by an adult, for a maximum of 3 outings per 2-week session. The days of the outings are set by the centre director. Young people under the age of 15 or those aged 15 and over without parental authorisation are not permitted to leave the campus under any circumstances. The course programme and the various activities are designed to make the most of their time.
