Our partner school ITTTI occupies the 3rd floor of a stylish building in downtown Vancouver. It has a capacity of 250 students, which is just enough to enjoy a cosmopolitan atmosphere without feeling lost in the crowd. The school is renowned for being a family-run institution, where each student receives individual attention.

English courses: general information

  • Length of lesson: 50 minutes
  • Number of students per class: 14 maximum
  • Timetable: lessons take place in the morning and/or afternoon.
  • Placement test: on the first day of the course

  • Teachers are qualified to teach their mother tongue to foreigners

Standard course

3 lessons per day, from 9.00 to 12.00, during which you will improve the 4 fundamental skills of written and oral expression, listening comprehension and reading. You will also develop your ability to use practical English in everyday life.

Intensive course

30 lessons of general English per week

Ideal programme for rapid progress. Classes run from 9am to 4.40pm. In the afternoon, you can choose to follow 3 of the following courses: Conversation workshop, pronunciation, reading and listening comprehension, idiomatic expressions.

IELTS preparation course

30 lessons per week, i.e. 15 lessons of General English 15 lessons of IELTS preparation

Length of sessions: 8 weeks

If you want to go to an English-speaking university, an IELTS preparation course is the first step towards success. Teachers meet each student individually to assess their level and objectives. Tests and mock exams help you to familiarise yourself andacquire the specific techniques needed to succeed.

Minimum level required: upper-intermediate

Every week, the school organises cultural activities in the afternoons and evenings, in which you are free to participate or not. These activities may be free or offered at cost, and their frequency varies according to the time of year.

Examples of possible activities:

  • Visits to districts or remarkable sites in Vancouver
  • Cultural outings (museums, festivals, etc.)
  • Outings to pubs, restaurants, cinemas, etc.
  • Kayaking, football, table tennis tournaments, volleyball, bowling, etc.
  • Bike rides
  • Barbecue parties

Home stay (from age 16)

Single room, shared bathroom with half board

Journey time to school: between 40 and 50 minutes (maximum 60 minutes) by public transport.

Options at extra cost :
