German courses: general information

Please note: complete beginners must start on 02/07/2023.

Open to students aged 14 to 17
Course duration: between 1 and 6 weeks
Length of lesson: 45 minutes
Maximum number of students per class: between 10 and 12 (maximum 15)
Timetable: lessons are generally given in the morning
Placement test: on the first day of the course
Certificate of attendance at the end of the course

Standard course

20 lessons of general German per week

With this programme, you will have lessons every morning from 9:00 to 10:30 and from 11:00 to 12:30. You will develop the 4 basic skills of written and oral expression, listening comprehension and reading.

Levels offered: elementary to upper intermediate (A1 to B2)

Intensive course

24 lessons of general German per week

You will follow the standard programme plus 4 German lessons per week.

Levels offered: elementary to advanced (A1 to C1)

The school organises 4 socio-cultural and sporting activities in the afternoons during the week and a day trip on Saturday, while Sunday is spent with the family. All activities are included in the course price and vary according to the destination chosen.

Travel time to school: families are generally located in a residential area 25 to 60 minutes from the school by public transport
Bed linen and towels provided
Laundry done approximately once every fortnight
