Since 2018 we stick to GDPR designating the General Data Protection Regulation (or AVG – Algemene Verordening Gegevensbescherming – in Dutch). This European regulation replaces the Directive 95/46/EC of October 14, 1995 on personal data protection.

As commercial structure with an Internet presence, we collect a certain amount of personal information that our customers voluntarily share with us in the course of doing business. We do not share any personal information that you give us with any third parties, except as required by law.

We do not retain personal information beyond the time period that is necessary for any given transaction or beyond the minimum period required by law. We do not send advertisements to you by mail or email unless you specifically request them. If you appear on one of our mailing lists and do not wish to continue receiving our adverts, simply contact us by any method listed on our contact page and we will remove immediately your contact from our lists.

At Easy Languages we understand the importance of securing the information that our customers choose to provide us with. For that reason, we have invested in secure information transfer technologies. All the information on our enrolment pages are transmitted over secure http, the best protection available today.

We have a limited number of links to third party sites on our pages. We provide these links in the hope that they will be helpful to our visitors, but we disavow any responsibility for their content. No external links are paid placements.
